Ordering & Delivery
Teifi Harps offer 24hour on-line ordering through our website. To order our products, simply click the ‘add to basket’ button. You can then either add additional items to the shopping basket or checkout using the button in the right hand column. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax).
We accept all major credit and debit cards and offer two fully secure methods of online payment:
|Worldpay – Worldpay provides secure payment services for small and large businesses, including payments online, card machines and telephone payments.|
|Paypal – If you already have a Paypal account, this method is convenient, secure and saves you having to enter your payment and personal details. If you don’t have an account you can still use Paypal and enter your details manually|
Order By Phone
You can call us on on (044) 01559 363 222 with details of your order. We can also give advice and answer any questions you may have. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Where possible, delivery of accessories is via first class post (or airmail for overseas). We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 7 days. On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the estimated arrival date so you can decide whether or not to proceed with the order.
We send harps out via Parcelforce on their 48 hour large service – except to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland which takes three days. Parcelforce text the customer with a two hour delivery slot on the day the harp arrives so they don’t have to wait in all day. We email customers a tracking number of the delivery so you can see what stage it’s at.
Our harps are packaged very carefully in a large cardboard box with plenty of padding and protection for transit.
All harp deliveries are fully insured against damage in transit by Teifi Harps through Jack Hayward Insurance as part of the delivery charge.
